Returns policy for defective or damaged goods
If you receive damaged or defective goods, or an item is missing from your parcel you must inform Ivape within 48 hours. Claims made after this time period will not be accepted. Damaged items will have to be returned to us for inspect of the product, if the item is defective we can offer you a refund within the first 30 days of purchase or a replacement. If the goods are deemed not to be defective or the damage has been caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, you will liable for any costs incurred returning the goods to us.
After 30 days and up to 3 months we will offer an exchange only.
The goods must be returned to us at your expense within 7 days of the purchase date. unopened and unused You must also include the original order number. We will refund you the full cost of the goods excluding delivery costs and charge a 10% restocking fee once we have received and inspected the goods.
( electronic cigarettes are an oral product, once used they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective)
Faulty atomiser returns, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Once we have received your atomiser, If after inspection for use we deem to be defective we will replace the atomiser
Please note for best results it is necessary to place a drop of e-liquid on the top of a new atomiser then replace and fill the tank and allow ten minutes to soak threw the cotton before using the tank.
( WARNING ABOUT POLYCARBONATE TANKS )
There are some e-liquids ( Acidic Flavours) that can cause the tank to crack. We recommend a glass tank to be used for acidic flavours.
Ivape is not responsible for any tanks damaged in this way.
When some e-liquids are exposed to air and light they sometimes change colour; this is perfectly normal. If the E-Liquid in your tank turns into a dark brown/black colour, you may need to change your tank or replace the atomizer head in the unit (if it is a replaceable clearomizer).
